About the Above & Beyond Award
The Above & Beyond Award recognizes Spahn & Rose employees who go the extra mile to make sure every customer experience is a positive one. Whether it’s finding just the right product, making sure a delivery arrives on time, solving a complex project challenge, or simply offering outstanding support with a smile, these team members embody our commitment to service.
Winners are selected monthly and are celebrated across the Spahn & Rose network, receive a $100 gift card, and are eligible to be named Employee of the Year. Past recipients have included employees from our sales, operations, and delivery teams—proof that outstanding service happens at every level of our business.
How Customers Can Nominate
We believe our customers are in the best position to recognize when someone goes above and beyond. If a Spahn & Rose employee has provided you with service that exceeded expectations, we want to hear about it!

For example, at our Monticello location, Assistant General Manager Regina Digmann was nominated by a customer who praised her for taking the time to understand their vision and provide expert guidance from the start to the finish of a project. Her dedication earned her an Above & Beyond Award and showed just how much a single act of attentive service can impact a customer’s experience.
At our Metro location, another customer nomination helped recognize Dewayne Bentley, a delivery driver who went out of his way to ensure materials were placed exactly where the contractor needed them, saving valuable time on the jobsite. That nomination led to an Above & Beyond Award and highlighted how small gestures of service excellence can make a big difference.
